SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship your items in the fastest time!

Please note that your order maybe take up to 3 business days to be processed. 

Kindly allow the additional shipping time to receive your order. (Differs based on the shipping address and date the order was placed).

Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery due to issues related with courier services and/or economic-related issues. However, we will do our best to ensure that your package arrives at the earliest!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Kindly note that refunded returns are only permitted if the item(s) received is/are incorrect or defective.

  • Customers must notify us via e-mail at info@bitarios.com regarding incorrect or defective items within 4 days from the date of delivered goods.

  • Item(s) MUST be unused and in original packaging.

  • A refund will be issued once the item(s) have been received and inspected by Bitarios to be truly incorrect or defective.

  • Any shipping fees related to returning are the customer's responsibility. 

  • Once items have been inspected by our team and confirmed to be incorrect/defective, the amount to be refunded includes the price of the item and the original shipping cost (if shipping was included).

  • Allow up to 3 weeks for goods to be inspected and refund to be executed.

HOW TO RETURN INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Pack the item(s) in a secure and preferably padded envelope. You may use the original packaging that came with your order. 

Kindly include the invoice for that order so we can confirm your information.
